Teams always have injurys. It's no excuse for sending out a side that can't manufacture a shot on goal.

Make the best of what you have, don't send them out to play the same way week in week out when it's clearly not working. Construct a squad that has some variety in it, not a team of lightweight, one paced midgets. Yes they might be easy to manage and do as they are told but by God they are ****e to watch.
Nail on head. Sadly.
