Nobodys saying he hasnt done a superb job, the problem is a glance at the League One table tells me its not continuing. We're bottom of the league with 8 points out of a possible 36. More worrying is the fact that he appears to have little or no clue about who to play or where to play them! The teams littered with kids and a dodgy keeper!

Tis has proved he is a great manager over the past 5 seasons and we need to keep him.

12 games is far too quick to sack a manager (although many clubs would do so). Even if we do go down, the club is being run sustainably and can continue building and come back up again. Not that I think we will be relegated this season.
