What has actually happened?

Have the Court put the Gargs into admin with an HMRC appointed administrator? Might scupper any deals lined up in the short-term but if they are genuinely the best way out of this I can't see it making a huge amount of difference really.

Nothing at the moment.

Matt Slater from the BBC has said

Argyle update: still waiting 4 HMRC's application 2 b heard, 1st judge ducked out b/c of conflict of interest, not paygrade concern!
