That is correct.
Both might choose to stay another year but beyond that, I doubt either of them will stay.

I'd wager both will get games in the first team next season, if only to up their value to us. Who knows Cox might come in and be the sensational goalscorer we've been looking for!

I don’t want to be a bit of a merchant of doom, as I don’t know the answer to the question. But even if they stay and sign on with City as 16-year-olds, am I right in saying that they can’t sign a pro deal until they’re 17, meaning the saga just continues on whether they stay or go until next year?

I’m hoping someone can tell me that it means we have them tied down for a good amount of time.
