It would be 1-0. Harrogate wouldn't be able to kick off after our first goal.

Yours,

Mr Logic (from Viz).
Fair point. Or we would be awarded the game 3-0 as the opponents failed to fulfil the fixture. But either way you're right, Bowman couldn't get a hat-trick. Collapse of stout party.

Both sides are under their own pressures with regards this game which adds that extra spice.

I was surprised to see that Harrogate have the worse home record in the division even allowing for the fact that their first 2 home games were played at Donny. They narrowly beat Barrow in their first home league game back at the Envirovent Stadium, although as someone who did spend some time growing up in and around the York / Harrogate corridor - it will always be Wethy Road to me. Since then however, they have really struggled. Just 7 home league goals too.

So, the pressure is on Simon Weaver to arrest this slide but the pressure is also on Matty and the lads given this poor Harrogate home record as they might be expected to come away with the 3 points in some people's eyes. We've only lost 1 away in the league but that form includes 6 draws and two wins, so it's intriguing all round for both clubs and both sets of fans.

I'm about 65 miles south of Harrogate and we've had no rain at all today really. Yesterday, according to the BBC i expected to be in 6 foot of water by now but that hasn't happened. I don't know what it's been like in Harrogate today though.

I'm fearful of a dire 0-0 draw but we should have enough to win this game really and hopefully that will be the case.

Probably concede from a wayward backpack that our defence can't deal with 1-1

Who do you think would have shot inches wide, not our own little Archer, and would it have been from distance trying for a worldie - I saw the goalie off his line scenario

Or
1-0 to Harrogate
City try new kick off routine, working ball back to own keeper
Ball creeps past keeper at near post
Earth tremors felt in Arizona
City try usual hoof forward from second kick off
Ball runs out for throw
No one to take the throw in

Never done this before
Blackburn to Harrogate 50 miles.
But with the Pennines in the way, which can create a bit of a rain shadow to the east.
