Didn't Steve Birley go on -to work for Argyle and then leave there under something of a cloud during the Dan McCauley era?

Think there was a bit of a fuss that a recently set up equivalent of City's Bond scheme draw seemed to be almost always won by a member of staff. Rumour was that take up was so low they could only afford to give away the prize every other month, hence the 'winner' being someone who didn't get the money in alternate months.

Thoughts now turn to Grimsby....despite Law, Atangana, McArdle all putting in undroppable performances I’d guess Jay, Jake, Parkes and Sweenz will all return to the starting lineup...Les has played that away win card before btw
