why? just because it's the highest bid doesn't mean the offer to the player will be higher.

Eh ? If the player is sold because the release clause has been met, the commission on the transfer fee would be identical for whichever Club he opts for. The only difference would be on the value of the individual personal contracts offered.

He may well have one, but how would anyone would know that for certain unless they know Sam?

Also, we signed him on 3 year deal and for a record fee, so any release clause should be hefty, you’d hope.
I thought Nombe was an ‘undisclosed fee’ and Stockley was our record signing?!

They’re all undisclosed!

I think it was Nombe’s agent who tweeted that he was our record signing…Even if he was, it’s probably not much more than what we paid for Stockley

All kicking off at PNE on their forum after someone posted a transfer rumour, had ticket for Spurs match cancelled and now Police involved for some reason see post 171 for resume of situation - Agent Andy beware


Also for every good owner you do get some less favourable ones

Surely there should be something iminent?Didn't GC say that he has a couple lined up (although I read that in the Express & Echo so not holding my breath.)
