Formatting

I seem to have lost all formatting options when replying to posts. No Bold/Italic/FontSize options, nothing at all.

Has something changed or is it my browser?

Same problem and a faff to open a new thingy to reply at all.

I am right clicking and then “open” comes up which I click on to reply but all the other things are missing.
