RIP Stanno, City Legend never to be forgotten
We could relegate Sheff Wed on the final day?

These are their fixtures prior to May 7th: -

Colchester (A)
Tranmere (H)
Brighton (A)
Hartlepool (H)
Walsall (A)
Swindon (H)
Bristol Rovers (A)

4 of those games are 6-pointers, they're away at the Champions, away at Colchester (useful team, outside chance of playoffs with a good run until end of season), and even Hartlepool need a win to be safe.

I definitely think we could.

What a day that could be.........full house at Hillsborough.......special atmosphere, etc, etc.

Sure - watching City at a historic ground in English football, having staged many FA Cup Semi-Finals, etc, etc.

I'll never understand some City fans..........

I was going until yesterday when my son sent me an invitation to his weekend away Stag Party being held on Saturday 7th May. His wedding is the following Saturday. Now you'd think he would have looked up City's fixtures and delayed both events by a week wouldn't you

I can't understand why it never occurred to him to do so, can you?;)

Still there is always next season...............or will they still be in League One then?

Highly unlikely.

But then stranger things have happened.

Hanging up the boots.
Although Megson is the most clueless manager of all time (apart from Chris Hutchings), there is not a chance in hell that Wednesday will go down.

Not really, it shows Wednesday are currently in a mess however they will not go down and will rebuild under Mandaric.
