Should allow the "Phoenix" club to negotiate a new lease from the Council (on very favourable terms ?). It would be the best result possible in the circumstances.
I don’t see how that could happen ?

From reading the article,I presume a third party own the ground & there is a £3.8m mortgage outstanding.

Feel sorry for the supporters who have parted with their cash for season tickets & will get nothing it looks like.

It really did amuse me to see that the previous owner involved in the dispute is a Mr Blitz while his legal representative is a Mr Crook! :ROFLMAO:

Their chances of success? Well (after last night) dare one suggest Five to One against ?

Not sure why there should be a link between the cash reserves and Bury. The EFL should not be bailing out clubs who can't control their own purse strings.
