Looks very bleak. Very sorry for everyone, especially in Exeter, who will be affected.

Agree, With all business collapses there is a human element that people forget

Indeed..I know a few people who work there.

It seems the recent & near future climate in aviation(Coronavirus) was the final straw.

Farewell FLYBE - terrific airline for Exeter, even better supporter of ECFC helping our survival.
Good luck to all involved - remember ECFC rose from the near ashes, hope HM Government wake up to effects of loosing only regional airline like it did for the self gratificationers (sorry Bankers)

Tragedy. The passenger numbers are there but, as Thomas Cook found out, you can't sell tickets at a loss, it's basic arithmetic.

Goodbye Flybe. And thanks for everything.

Tragedy.

78% of flights at Exeter Airport are generated by Flybe.
A huge knock on effect following Flybe’s demise.

I heard on the wireless tonight that 90% of Southampton airport passenger throughput is Flybe so they look to have a big problem too.
