Goose is classed as game innit? I always had it down as game myself, anyway. It's a lovely meat though, just gotta keep draining the bugger off.

Turkey. Christmas rules dicate this.

Pickled Onions
Port
No wildfowl,not game.pheasant partridge grouse ect game

1. Turkey
2. Sprouts (although I'm not keen on either!)
3. Christmas Pud (but I also love minced pies!)
4. Neither - both are vile.
5. Port all day long - I love it. (I also like the odd sherry)

Great shout.An old landlord in a pub in Topsham used to get a big Stilton an feed it with port about 6 weeks before xmas.Then brought it out at xmas eve with crackers,f*cking hell how good is that ?

Yes we could eat the lot, but one only ,thank you.
Our local farmer is lovingly tending my xmas goose and turkey.

Addlestones,Old Rosie,Thatchers Gold,Marcle Scrumpy..any cider really-other than Blackthorn/Strongbow etc as they taste like sh!t
oh yeah no to mince pies and xmas pud as got to watch me figure.
