Because, despite what those who should know better would have us believe, there is nothing in legislation regarding ‘essential travel’. In essence, it doesn’t exist (neither does any legislation regarding travelling within lockdown areas - whatever that means - the whole country is a lockdown area).

Well quite Egg. How a camera will help catch anyone in breach of the regulations is anyone‘s guess. You’d think of all people the police would know the law.
