A "knock off" Sinclair Spectrum perhaps?

maybe ... to be fair to FiveThirtyEight they don't use the term supercomputer, at least not here https://fivethirtyeight.com/methodology/how-our-club-soccer-predictions-work/
Think the term is used by journalist who don't have a clue on the computing options available and have used the term supercomputer since 1972.
