I've watched a few of the women's games / highlights online in recent years and Connie always struck me as a player who was very effective at a certain level but would struggle the further up the pyramid we went. Maybe the management have just decided we need better if we want to progress. Doesn't mean I don't respect grecIAN's perspective, just my thoughts about this specific player. She did well for us though, so thank you Connie and all the best for the future.
