Firstly, Apologies for posting on the wrong thread, I was using my phone and it was bloody freezing and for some reason i never saw this one. The game, A cold crisp afternoon here in Eastleigh but that didn't distract from me seeing the ECFC ladies team for the first time and i thought they were awesome, Right through the whole team, The first 11 to the subs played their part in dominating this game, Best goal was the 2nd (Sorry, I don't know the names of the team) it was a great, Cheeky backheel from a cracking cross.

Eastleigh have had some great results recently and i think they were pretty confidant going into this game, Maybe taking it to ET or even penalties but City came out of the blocks really strong and tbh it should have been 4 possibly 5-0 at half time, 2nd half was more of the same, A group of players compact and very confidant it what they did. They will face stronger opposition I'm sure but today was really good, A crowd of just over 200 were there today, Including a noisy lot from Devon (Which you can't beat) The player of the match was Eastleigh's goalie which says it all. Well done ladies, Onwards and Upwards.

If the third round fixtures are determined by just picking numbers out of a hat (or bag) ECFC could be drawn against Bridgwater United, who won their second round away tie today as well.
That’d be good.
