It's like Blofeld's lair, didn't you know? Got it's own helipad, huge pool with piranhas, missile defences, computers with tapes whirring round, armed guards, the lot. Only missing Jill St John in a satin bathrobe ;) (just kidding...)
What you don't know is that is actually true. Haven't you noticed the smooth, debonaire way Alistair operates on these boards?
And the constant references to Martini, frequent trips to France (San Tropez and Monte Carlo), et al. Living in a quiet little village away from the glare of London?
He used to go by the alias 007 on Exeweb but his cover was broken so he changed it to "Aiistair". It's clear as water.

Ali Towers has its own lake, too?
Indeed! It even has it's own periodical.

Will be interested to see how many games are on across the West of the country - could be very embarrassing for us. We all know this isn’t good enough.

Can the social media team ask Matt what his team would have been? I'm intrigued as to how we were going to line-up.
The social media team don't work for you.

There is no need for you or anyone else to know what our team would have been.

So Newport are playing on Sunday because of the forecast and had also moved their Tuesday game to Wednesday. Imagine that foresight.

Exeter, the home of the Met Office.

There are slightly different standards of what is playable, the ball rolling across the pitch for example. They also have a circa £1 million hybrid Desso pitch laid in 2019 and spend far more money in its upkeep than we do although they have had criticism lately for its state. It drains well but does cut up and they have the same grass regrowth problems we have. They also train on the pitch which surprises me so that certainly won't help the pitch.

Although this has been posted before, a reminder that, if you have it and are desperate for a football fix, the Gulls v FC Halifax is on BT Sport 1 from 5.00pm (provided that goes ahead of course).

According to the Met Office it's raining in Exeter for most of today, dry overnight but then heavy rain tomorrow morning into the afternoon. That doesn't sound like a great forecast for a pitch that is deemed unplayable now.
