Nobody else seems to have mention this: Why on earth did our keeper pull his arms away from the ball in flight for their first goal? He appeared to look back as if he thought the ball was going wide! With his reach, he would have easily got to that had he tried.
I thought so as well.

Really disappointed with the people who booed Scott when he was leaving the pitch. He's struggling with form and fitness and had to play against a tough defence as there's barely a fit striker at the club. He played poorly but to boo him off was pathetic. I thought we were better than that.

I don't often agree with you Pete but, to be honest, I don't personally rate Blackman very highly and won't be upset if he goes end of season. How he spent so long at Chelsea is beyond me. Mind you, we were spoilt having Cam with us last season. At least it did him a favour and now a regular starter at Wednesday.

Flat on and off the pitch, we had a bit of go once we had pulled a goal back but that was never going to be enough against a strong side like Derby…too many of our better attacking players missing in all fairness but very much a sneak peek into next season if we’re unable to attract a couple of proper League One ready strikers to the club.

Well I thought they were the second best side at the Park this season after Ipswich. I was fearful when I saw the line up but I was pleasantly surprised. The first half was even but they moved the ball quickly and made us work really hard chasing them. I thought that Kegs was the pick of our midfield with a high work rate and some delightful tricks and touches. Unfortunately they took control at the start of the second half and created some good half chances. We just couldn't get hold of the ball for any length of time although there keeper was forced into a good stop when they were 1-0 up. Once we went 2 down it looked like game over but on came the subs and Sparkes and Borges both did well and we really picked up. White did better than he has done but Coley looked lost. After Jack's goal we really went for them and it's testament to how well we played that they had to cheat so desperately. I thought the ref did okay overall but the time added on, 6 minutes, was a joke. 4 subs from us and 5 (I think) from them is 4:30 and the "injuries" to their keeper was at least 3 minutes Then with the other time wasting on top it should have been at least 9. I'm not saying we would have equalised but you never know. Finally, their fans made the most noise overall this season, far louder than Argyle. They had the whole of the away end bouncing at times. Big up to the Bank as well, they stuck with the team even when we were 2 down. A very good match spoiled by the result. On to Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday. Up the City!
The Derby goalkeeper should be ashamed i would say more mouse than man ( CHEAT)

Quite a number of Derby fans on their forum critical of Wildsmith’s embarrassing time wasting and cringeworthy play acting.

Ref was not strong enough with the time wasting. Should also have booked Houlihane in the first half when he kept stealing ground with the free kick and was gobbling off. After the final warning as the ref trotted away the fecker moved it forward again.

I've been surprised how little discussion there has been about Jamal's performances. All the focus for our recent defensive weaknesses has been on the centre-halves.

Someone stood behind me told him to F off when he got subbed. I really don't like some of our fans.

I wouldn't be too unhappy either if we re-signed Kegs for next season, especially as it doesn't look like many of our youngsters who play in a similar position are going to be challenging for a place in the first team next season.
It’s taken a while but Kegs has recently turned in some good performances.
With Southampton seemingly doomed to be relegated they will no doubt be rebuilding next season and they will probably want him in their Championship team

Was there anything in particular to criticise about his performance yesterday? He pulled off that miracle save in the first couple of minutes (matched by the Derby keeper's incredible save to keep out Josh Key's header later in the half), and I can't say I saw any fault with him for either goal - perhaps if being hyper-critical he might have been a further step to his left for the first one but it was a good strike.
