I think that is harsh. Compared to a lot of players I don't think he is arrogant or cocky. I get the impression he works very hard off the pitch to improve his game. He has the potential to be one of the best players in the world.

Please note that I did not criticise his football abilities one little bit. It's off the field where his problems lie, have you forgotten the Iceland hotel Covid bubble breaking incident already ?
