Looks like Ethan has just knocked Wales out of the Euros. Still we'll have the last laugh when we get that 20 million! (Rubs hands together).

They should still qualify for the next round but obviously Ethan won't be playing which reduces his chances of impressing potential suitors.

It reminded me of Atangana's red card against Forest Green. Clumsy and late but zero malicious intent. It's interesting to see that it's not just League 2 defenders who go down like they've been shot after minimal contact.

Reckless but wouldn't think it was his intention to hurt the bloke. But lunging tackles often get a red. The ref is a bit of a homer : Italy's left back has been thumping Bale in the back and in the head all through the game and not even got a yellow.
Could have been yellow with a severe warning or could have been red. Shame it was in such a vital match.
