They seem to be pretty much the only ones - the Isthmian League has postponed fixtures this weekend and next midweek.

Seems strange as virtually everyone has postponed, Will change if a few players go down with the virus

Currently the only one to be sensible then. Just play football will ya!!!!! What are we all supposed to do with no football? And it'll ruin this season and next. Ridiculous

Wales v Scotland has now been postponed. Remember the football suspension is primarily about protecting players and staff, not about the spread of the virus amongst fans.

And what about the players themselves ? Would it be correct to say they come in to train every day and if fever comes along they stop at home ? In that case they would not really be match ready when things return to normal.

I would imagine that at very least personal fitness training regimes would be issued?
And, at least with all higher league football postponed it is (theoretically at least) a "level playing field" when normality returns.

Small problem of thousands of players being out of contact by that point. Transfer window open, etc etc etc
Don’t disagree, trouble is every avenue is littered with “small problems” that are actually huge. There is going to have to be some radical thinking and some major, if temporary measures.
My solution was based on seeing little logic in stopping now, but then resuming early April when the situation is likely to be much worse. Can’t see how we can resume until fairly close to what should be the start of 20/21
