Swindon Town owner on TalkSPORT this Sunday afternoon saying he believes as many as 10 Clubs could go out of business within the next couple of months. Even a reasonably well supported Club like Swindon being unable to start next season without financial help.
If this should be case and we do lose a significant number of Clubs how will the EFL be restructured. One option will be to talk to the National League about introducing more Clubs Into the EFL not as simple as it might sound given the effect it would have on the Non League structure in general or balance up the remaining Clubs left in Levels 3 and 4.
If the latter that would make a complete nonsense of this season as all the Clubs promoted including ourselves, if we won the playoffs, would find themselves back from hence they came in League Two.
