Somerset win by 5 Wickets with 3 Balls to spare
Made slightly heavy weather of it during overs 17-19 but the earlier horror figures from Hudson-Prentice had built in a good cushion. The poor fellow ended up conceding 51 off 15 balls.

Meanwhile in the TV game (Sorry for the second night in a row 😡) Kent made a great start in chasing 223 and were well in it at half way with an up with the rate century opening partnership but then the wickets fell quickly and they were over 40 short.

A second night in a row horror story last few overs batting collapse from Middlesex; this time at the Ageas. They squandered an excellent opportunity to post a very challenging 200 plus. Vince back to form as Hampshire won easily after the abysmal defeat at the County Ground on Wednesday.

Looking forward now to Sunday evening when the Welsh will be rocking up in Taunton. Don’t think we have had a Sunday evening T20 there before.

Somerset not hanging about 55 runs from the first four overs. A warm welcome for Glamorgan's new Aussie bowler, 23 taken off his first over !

Cidermen over the line after late wickets. Pity about that wobble as it will affect our "goal difference".

Presumably the sports correspondent of the Tedburn Times & Gazette will be along later with his match report.
