Warwicks get the point they need in a dramatic 110th over.

Essex win in one day plus 30 minutes at their Chelmsford crap hole.

Hants have fought back well.

Warwicks all out 367. Somerset to bat soon. Time to get behind the sofa.

Shocking bowling from Jack Brooks to concede 20 runs in the 110th over. 2 no balls from him in the 108th over too.

Warwickshire now in the driving seat.

No. They never venture east of Taunton. 💩

239 for 5 at stumps. Perhaps as good as we could have hoped for.

I notice they did it without any wickets for Harmer. It seems to be turning pitches that chiefly incur the wrath of pitch inspectors. Like to see Essex cop it, though! At least we won't hear that "red-ball kings" stuff from them for a while.

I think so. A decent response but unfortunately as soon as a partnership started to develop it was snuffed out. Tom Abell got out to a lame shot.

Somerset can still have a big say in which County wins the Championship. It will be one of Hants, Lancs or Warwicks now.

So Warwicks need 10 wickets for the title.
While Somerset need 273 runs to avoid the Div 1 wooden spoon.

I know who my money would be on. :(
