I can understand your concern, but Sparkes will get forward as much as possible. I'm not so sure about Caprice getting down the line and putting in dangerous crosses. I took a lot of stick from some people back in October when I said this was the best, deepest and overall strongest squad (not to be confused with a matchday squad, which I readily agreed there had been better) that I had seen in over fifty years watching City. I stand by that and it's a day like today when I think I will be proved right, ( I might regret that statement at 3pm!). With arguably 4 players missing from the starting 11 most people would pick, Bowman, Williams, Randall and Key this will be a real test. This is a big chance for Ryan Fisher, so lets hope he really gels with Ben to form a lethal partnership. Just about to log into iplayer, nervous and excited in equal measure. Up the City!Shame about the line up. Desperate to be proved wrong.
People will have a pop about me saying I don’t like three at the back as it’s what we played virtually all last year, but we look a much better footballing side with four at the back.
5-3-2 (which is what it is!) is supposed to provide width, but never does!
Think it may be a case of not knowing your a's from your r's or elbow !Ryan Fisher? Have we signed his brother?
Or does he mean Alex Bowman?Ryan Fisher? Have we signed his brother?
