At least it's reassuring to learn that "we're all in it together" 😠
I bet there are now millions of the great unwashed rueing the way that they squandered their unearned, temporary UC uplift on little luxuries like food and heating rather than investing it in a Great BRITISH Product like this.

Not really, it'll be a natural transition. The same was said when moving from records/cassettes to CDs.

The price of electric cars will eventually come down. (Been saying that for while however, admittedly).

Of course it'll come down too with all the green initiatives. Titter.

Interesting info on Sky News.

Nearly half of hospital patients with COVID are being treated for something else
Just under half of all patients with coronavirus in the care of NHS hospital trusts in England are being treated primarily for something else, new figures show.
NHS England said that of the 15,026 patients reported as having the virus on 11 January, 6,647 (44%) were not being treated principally for COVID.
This is the highest proportion since these figures were first published in June 2021, and is up from 26% at the start of December.
All hospital patients who have tested positive for COVID need to be treated separately from those who do not have the virus, regardless of whether they are in hospital primarily for the virus or not.

It's good to see that the UK isn't the only country to come up with policies and directives on the back of focus groups.

What a flip/flop and a shambles.
