Will be good to see the catch-up, being a nipper and surrounded by giants, didn't see much of it the first time around !

Ted Wallace ruled the goal out for hand-ball, not offside!

Alan Banks put us one nil up with trade mark flying header left hand side of the penalty area St James road end then we had a perfectly good goal disallowed for supposedly handball by I thought it was Johnny Corr but am not a 100% sure. Unfortunately Johnny Williams scored to put them level from memory just before halftime or very early in the second half. Cannot remember who scored their second and third other than the that the scorer of their second certainly benefited from the fact he was totally unmarked due to three of our defenders trying to look after George Best.
Always remember the Sunday paper headlines quoting Bobby Charlton as saying we really had them worried and this was the Man Utd team managed by Matt Busby current European Champions with the holy trinity of George Best, Bobby Charlton and Denis Law...... happy days.

In a meeting somewhere, some place...
Fascinating vid - looking at the restart after our goal one of their players stands 5 yards in our half...pretty sure this was never allowed was it?
