Cheick looked really nervous tonight and I felt for him at times.
Mind you that’s understandable when you consider he was at Truro earlier this season and only played his first game for us a little over 3 months ago.
I think it’s easy to forget how inexperienced he still is because he’s been so good for us.
No doubt the pressure and intensity of recent games (and especially this evening’s) will hold him in good stead.
Sensible management to replace him for Grounds though to steady things down a bit.
Shows the clear thinking of our management team and the benefit of a strong set of subs on the bench.
