Cardboard cut out fans...

The cut outs are not cardboard but some sort of plastic type material. That said I'm not sure they were ever designed to sit in the open through a complete British winter held on by a couple of cable ties. There are a surprising number of cats and dogs. One cut out sporting an offensive g***n a**y t-shirt was located to its proper position in the bin.
