Rightwing is correct in that your renewal will last the full 12 months since you joined. The delays experienced were as a result of having to overhaul the Trust's membership admin practices following the Liverpool match. This was also exacerbated by our single membership administrator having to reconcile over 1200 new and renewing members, as well as sending out that many new packs and cards.
The Trust remains confident that the changes to both our club's priority ticketing arrangements, as well as the Trust's own administrative practices, should mitigate against such delays in future.
