UK evacuation ends in Afghanistan, Government admits not all got out and with the alarming news that the Taliban may have details of those that helped British Forces we can only hope and pray those left behind find a safe passage out somehow.
Don’t believe everything you see on the news. All of our troops are not out of there yet!

It's rumoured that the US and other forces have had to abandon $80 billion's worth of military equipment in Afghanistan.

Christmas has come early for the Tali.

Here's the shopping list:

75,000 vehicles including 20,000 Humvees
200 assorted aeroplanes & helicopters
600,000 small arms assault weapons
16,000 night vision goggles
16,000 items of hitec surveillance gear
160,000 items of comms technology

Funny they can blow up a guy in his car from miles away but don't have the technology to destroy all of those planes and helicopters

Also whilst blowing up a car they seem to have managed to blow up 10 members of one family including 6 children. 😔

I watched the new BBC documentary "Remembering 9/11" last night.

Now I've probably see over a hundred different documentaries around that day, but this moved me like no other.

It's very well timed given what has been happening in Afghanistan the past weeks. We should never take our eye off the reasons for the original invasion and it must pain the survivors and the families of the 9/11 victims to see the past 20 years' efforts out there largely go up in smoke.

We will now inevitably see future terrorist attacks whose origins will be traced back to Afghanistan, be it by the new ISIS K or the Tali (who may even merge). I'm wondering if we'll see future invasions and if so, by whom?

But they hate each other. By that standard we are more likely to join the EU as a trading block to take on the US and China! 🤣🤣🤣

Yeah, but common enemies and goals might see a truce, however uneasy.

The US administration said they'd rendered most aircraft inoperable, then a few hours laters we see the Tali hovering over the airport in an Apache. Don't believe the hype!
