Probably "what" as in we have signed Rekeem Harper and he is on the bench today. It was probably a toss up between Kegs and Sonny for the last place on the bench and why wouldn't you have an out and out striker instead of a second midfielder on the bench?

I guess he’s been squeezed out of the squad by Harper’s arrival.
The other six subs chosen today cover different positions and create a balanced bench.
