F*** me mate, compared to those two YOU'VE got pace! However, the boys you listed, I wouldn't consider any of them particularly fast. None of them are in the same league as someone like Andy Cook f'rinstance - now HE was fast.
Should we bring Leon in to this conversation. He was the fastest thing I've seen in a City shirt and that includes John Williams who won that Football League sprint competition.

I deny it. I never won anything.

Frankie Bennett was also rapid.

Wheeler is deceptively quick I feel. I'm not saying he moves like a missile or anything but I have already seen a couple of defenders seemingly get caught out by underestimating his speed given that from his build you would not expect it.

LB was pretty exceptional in that respect, however my point was that the youngsters Lammie mentioned aren't really that fast at all, especially when compared to players such as Cook who was genuinely quick. I doubt we have anyone in the squad who you could properly describe as having pace.

You're right Mox, there aren't any players in the squad with out and out pace at the moment. Some of the lads Lammie mentioned are sharp across the ground but nothing exceptional.
