Macclesfield sign a partnership with Just Sport Pro to provide them with Nike kits: https://www.mtfc.co.uk/news/2019/june/05.06.19-silkmen-secure-club-record-partnership/

Further proof that the big brands wouldn’t come directly to us for kit partnerships.
Outside the deals they have with the Premier League clubs, none of the major labels deal direct. However, Just Sport Pro and other full service suppliers work with most of the clubs from the Championship down to supply the big three brands. If City chose to go with one of these full service suppliers who would also run the club retail activities, they could certainly have a big name kit if that's what supporters want to buy.

I missed this a few weeks ago whilst I was away in the sun.

No, they won't, but I did happen into something whilst at work about a month back.

Twelve months time is when things might change. Joma deal is up, Flybe unlikely to renew, and I have been lucky enough to see a proposal (involving SMU ECFC kit, manufactured by a major international sporting brand) that was very, very interesting.

Draft design for the kit was pants tho.

Is memory playing tricks on me? I thought the blue was darker than this 'Terrace' version which looks almost sky blue and the Carling advertising bit was sooo shiny. Probably my dodgy laptop screen
