Really hope Cheltenham can stay up; not far to travel, The Kemble Brewery Inn is one of my favourite away pubs, they’re one of the few clubs liable to have a smaller budget than us and we usually beat them.
Also good luck to Sign of the Chimes, our adoptive Pompey fan tonight.
Excellent news. Like others, I hadn’t realised that he was already contracted for next season, so GC obviously rates him highly to extend his contract when there was no necessity to do so.
Great boost for Ed and we can hopefully see him break through into the first team squad in due course.
I wasn’t aware of this, although I’m not entirely surprised. I presume that you have some inside information, as I don’t think it’s been made public by the club yet.
& isn't that looking an even better bit of business now!
That said, I loved Sam when he was here & wish him well next season, apart from the 2 games v us.
It’s less than one half, so I don’t want to make too much of it, but how in the hell was Pedro struggling to get game time at Gloucester City, or wherever he was on loan? Looks a real player.
Indeed it is. I see Bristol Rovers have just announced a £4 million loss.
It goes on and on. Most of these clubs lose more than we actually spend, yet we still manage to compete against them.
