So pleased things have worked out for him, obviously has a lot of grit and determination to get to this level.

    Joel Nouble - New Striker?

My optimism is at an even lower level than at 5 yesterday. I can't see how filling the gaps with Scottish second-raters will save our season.

    Trust elections rerun

With the hustings being held this Saturday before the Carlisle game, will all the candidates be present?

Stevenage vs Exeter prediction and discussion thread

And Carlisle are at home to Northampton - i fancy them for a win so they could go above us on goal difference.

    Ethan Ampadu

Apparently Ampadu off to Leeds for £7million of which we will get in excess of £1million!!

    Reece Cole

That was my view as well, and despite the fact that it looks like our squad may be weaker than last season (hope I am wrong!) I think there will be at least half a dozen in L1 that we will comfortably be above. Another mid-table finish methinks!

Agreed, Reading, Wigan or Shrews early on would be useful!

Looking as if Barnsley will be searching for a new manager (at least they won't have sacked him!!) https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/65973956

    Jevani Brown

My comment was based solely upon the fact that Brown has pleaded guilty, so absolutely nothing to do with ESP. :giggle:

    Jevani Brown

Agree totally. Move him on as soon as possible and that will give him an opportunity to find another club - that is fair to us and to him.

    Remembering Arthur Chadwick

When I lived in Exeter I must have passed that grave many times without knowing about its history. Very fitting to restore the grave - thank you to all concerned.

I have a certain amount of admiration for what Dale Vince does at FGR, but this is rather inappropriate.

    Jay Stansfield

The story of Jay Stansfield coming back on loan has really hit a chord with quite a few people and they do regard it as a feel good one. That even includes an Arg*le supporter up here in Gloucestershire! It is well done to all concerned and hope the loan works out for all of us!
