I heard Collins was off to Sunderland at the start of the window. Same person told me about Stansfield long before it happened so there’s been talk for ages, albeit not publicly. Also, Key has been nowhere near our top three player this year.

I remember Ben Hamer playing against us for (I think) Brentford and him winding up the crowd. I hated him for it. Fast forward a week or two and we had signed him. Loved the guy. We’ll soon get over whatever he may or may not do to the opponent’s crowd if he’s good.

I’m guessing we were planning for life with Tim Dieng. So consider Harper as his replacement until will might be able to get one in.

I’m not sure it’s fair to say that MJ isn’t capable at playing league one level. When he was thriving he was in a different system to what we play now. For someone who played that well in league two, I find it difficult to believe that they couldn’t step up. I think it is time for him to move on...

He was great in his first full season as a RWB for us when he had loads of space in front of him to flourish. The problem was he got injured before the next season started and we played a back four where Josh Key was the star in the RB role.
