I’d be surprised if Sparkes lasts long in the GC reign. I don’t think he’s much of a fan, he was really poor today, he couldn’t get near their Right Winger. GC did the right thing with the early change. Makes me wonder if GC wants to tinker with Keys position he hasn’t pushed Sparkes further...

I don’t see why the club are obliged to tell you/us? The players are only employees of the club. If they get themselves into the s*it off the field then it’s a legal/police matter?

It’s people like you commenting that’s adding fuel to the fire. We know he got arrested, the club have suspended him accordingly. I haven’t heard he’s been charged with anything have you? For all you and I know a female has made an accusation. Perhaps pipe down about it until we know the facts.

Fair enough but he looked well off the pace for a L1 midfielder. It’s not just about developing another teams player for them, he needs to meet the current standard at least otherwise what’s in it for us? Let’s hope he improves.

What is Raheem Harper about? When he did manage to occasionally keep possession he put his foot on it and slowed the game down, which is fine if you’re winning. I’ll be happy not to see to much more of him this season on the positive McDonald has a lovely touch, and can keep possession.

Absolutely. Mind you we had a £4m injection not so long back that could perhaps been spent in wages increases and keeping our best players instead some bright sparks decided to spend it on a new building-kitchen, gym and offices by the look of it.
