Exeter City Versus Sutton United League 2 Discussion and Prediction Thread

I'd forgotten that it was his "assist" for Law's goal. We laughed about that smash and grab raid until the coach was well on the way home. MJ the only survivor of the starting 11 that day. Notts County 0-1 Exeter City - BBC Sport

It's a good job the podcast title doesn't refer to snuff, then. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

If he can get match fit he is presumably still a good player. I imagine you don't train on a 4G pitch?

True. Though I never heard anyone calling out from the stand "Cushion floor, you're a muppet!"

I read that first time as a one foot defender. We've had plenty of these over the years. :ROFLMAO:

I expect there are at least two sides to the story; there usually are. He played more times for us than Stubbs seems likely to (17); was injured playing; and thereafter chose / or was advised not to train on the 4G pitch for fear of making it worse, which led to MT saying he couldn't be picked.

    Youth 21/22

It is a huge leap form Cat 3 to Cat 2. You need a 2/3 size covered pitch, serious infrastructure buildings, and many more coaches and other support staff. Last time I read it was at least £500K a year more plus major capital costs, though you do then get loads of dosh from the PL. Not a...

Can we match the result the only time I have been there. 4-0 win. Frighteningly, that was 8 years ago. :ROFLMAO: On that occasion Arron Davies scored from the touchline, Sercs got 2 and Parkin a tap-in after the goalie spilled a long range shot from Grimes.

He and Chieck Diabate were efficient and mostly untroubled in aerial duels. The real threat came from Swansea's #10 Whittaker, who made several good runs at the defence and won a couple of free kicks in dangerous places, helped by a whistle- and card- happy ref. We didn't really have anyone...

Colin Daniel is a new signing

ps I see Rowe played left back for Villa v Liverpool and made the pass for their goal. Ben Chrisene was left midfield in front of him.

Colin Daniel is a new signing

The club and he himself describe him as a defender. "Operating primarily as a left back," ✍️ Callum Rowe joins Exeter City - News - Exeter City FC Young and raw, no doubt, but so at first were Key, Sparkes, Grimes, Collins... you get the drift. I hope he plays tomorrow v Swansea so we can...

MDT Exeter City v Forest Green Rovers

It is certainly an older clientele in the SASS but there is a lot of engagement with the Stanno song and some other faves, plus occasional attempts to be more vocal, but they get overwhelmed by the noise coming form the BB and peter out.
