The only news on the ecfc twitter feed is that Archie Collins has a birthday today.

Perhaps we'll get some late drama but I have a feeling we'll end up as we are.

I agree about a CB. If Ray, Sweeney and Hartridge are playing every game we need back up.
Grounds & Dyer? & hopefully Stubbs back in the second part of the season.

We're playing 3 at the back, a dodgy old bloke, a young kid and a sicknote does not make for enough back up

I'm sure Colin Daniel can play at centre half, as well as full back, on the wing, and as a striker, what a player!

Although he hasn't mentioned it, it sounds like if asked he would have a go as goalkeeper as well if asked :)

I too doubt we'll get any late drama, I think he'll just open his cards and presents and have a nice meal. Fingers crossed for a tantrum fuelled by sweets and cake, but I'm not expecting it.
