I'm not in the least worried about it's effectiveness

Your reply to Elgy’s story about the AZ vaccine read as if you were concerned.
My mistake.

No worries. I was just stating a fact. Should have realised it was Exeweb ☺

It was the “thanks” and the “Hmm” in your post that threw me.

In RaWZ we trust....Amen.
Mine booked in for next Thursday.
I nearly did not answer the mobile because it was a No Caller ID.

I read that Angela has refused the AZ vaccine, and Germany has only used 15% of its supply of AZ. So just what was all that fuss about over "jumping the queue"? If the AZ vaccine supplied ends up having to be thrown out due to not being used, that really will be a scandal.

1.2m AZ doses going off in German fridges apparently. Mainland Europe has lost the plot on this.

Merkel is age 66, AZ is recommended for the under-65s in Germany (and elsewhere, due to the lack of AZ clinical data for the over 65s).

Huge anti-vaxxer problem in Germany, 34% don't want a jab, apparently.

An issue compounded by a large amount of the other 66% not wanting to have the AZ vaccine. Crazy.
