Back on topic - if it were me, I would expect the club to follow the grimes model - splitting the money evenly between the playing budget, bank and facilities

as we don’t know how many instalments it comes in or how Boise we are to the salary cap of £1.5m, I would expect us to bring in a couple of players if MT wants them (especially if Randall moves on)

Id like the trust to be more proactive here - they can look at using the £100k per season donation to look at purchasing the SJC from OTR or investigate the cost of a community asset transfer of SJP from the council if the club return the prior loans. Both would take work but both could have benefit for the long term future of the club

I expect a lot of ground owning clubs will be looking to sell them off in the coming year, property developers and fly by night fraudsters will be all over it. Can't see any benefit in buying the ground personally.
