The Home Secretary, holder of one of the three great Offices of State, is going on an official visit to Rwanda. The Guardian, the BBC, the Daily Mirror, the Independent and the i newspaper were not invited. She will be accompanied by journalists from organisations including GB News, the Daily Mail and the Telegraph.
