I would rather keep Tim till the end of the season personally unless of course Gills are prepared to lay out 50k+ for a player that iirc is out of contract at the end of the season? Dieng for me whilst not necessarily a regular starter is a more than useful squad player and frankly at this rate we will only have about 4 left to be on the bench Saturday!

I would suspect the MJ and potential Dieng deals are to help us offer suitable contracts that the likes of Archie, Key and possibly Brown are willing to sign.
Going to be an interesting month!

That would make sense
Use the money tie those players down on two or three contracts as I think we will stay up ok this season
Use the summer with all GC new contacts get players in who he wants
Also hopefully one or two of the next batch of youth will be knocking on the door
