Good luck and safe journeys to all those fans who will be suppporting City at the match. I admire the fortitude of people travellling that far in December for an evening kick off. We have some amazing supporters.
Just chatting to someone who has flown in from Australia this morning šŸ˜®

Is that one on the way to Bristol Airport?
Itā€™s on the A38 (same as the airport) but the cafe is about 15-20 miles or so south of it.
The cafe is very close to the M5 junction that serves Burnham-on-Sea.

I was lucky enough to come back from Oz for the Orient and Harrogate games. It was a culture shock in the sense that the UK was for want of a better term, ā€œmoving onā€ from COVID, whereas most of Oz was either still locked down or mask mandated. I digress. We need something from this game. An ok 6.45 am start here on IFollow.

In RaWZ we trust....Amen.
That cafe featured on a TV programme some years ago called I think The Restaurant Inspector, when an expert of some sort from a top London establishment would visit a couple of times to give advice.
Iā€™ve driven by it many times but have never been inside. They must be doing ok I guess though if theyā€™re still up and running.
I hope you had a nice view of Brent Knoll through the mist as you were chomping away on your breakfast.
It had a complete revamp during the pandemic I believe. Superb reasonably priced food. Itā€™s always packed which tells its own story.
Just got to Lancaster Prem Inn. I have ordered Old School Jam Roly Poly from the restaurant šŸ˜

Same! It's really weird it's like my brain has disengaged from club football since the WC started...bizarre.
Not for me.

Balls to the corrupt FIFA soccer cash cow, let's get the proper football on.

Totally agree. Personally it's annoying that this match has been moved to a Friday night which means I won't be able to watch it.

Would that be because of the Northern weather or just Morecambe?
