At the end of the 2008-9 season we were promoted to league one in second place on 79 points. Brentford were top on 85 and Wycombe immediately behind us on 78.

I don't recall any negativity back then.

One other notable stat from this season is that I don't think City have lost a league game after scoring first.

I don't recall any negativity back then.
But if we didn't miss all those penalties, we would have won the league, Pete.

A few milestones in the last few games;

- Matt Jay played his 200th game for the club when coming on in the FA Cup yesterday
- Nombe and Kite reached 50 club games during the Plymouth game
- Jake now 2 games away from 100 for the club
- Sweens only 9 away from 300 for the club
