Scottish forward/winger Willie ‘Bud’ Johnston practicing his Flamenco Dance prior to a WBA trip to Spain in 1977(not a bad line up of Baggies)
A colourful character.

Fraserburgh have won the Highland League. They will play off against Lowland League winners Bonnyrigg Rose to face the bottom club in the Scottish League 2 for a place in the SPFL which is Cowdenbeath.

Bellslea Park, Fraserburgh’s ground is a wonderful old venue from a different era.Pre WW1 Grandstand, complete with grass banking around the pitch.

Worth a visit if you are in the north east corner of Scotland.

Hold on to your Tennant’s The Scottish Championship has a interesting ending..Arbroath go to Kilmarnock on Friday evening(22nd) in the penultimate game of the regular season.

Each have one game left after the fixture at Rugby Park.Kilmarnock have a tricky fixture away at Raith Rovers, Arbroath at home to Morton.

Would love to see Arbroath make it to The Premiership. Be great to see them up there alongside Celtic and Rangers. Are they still part-time?

1 was at Gayfield, the home of Arbroath last week. As usual it was a tad chilly in the evening with the wind whistling in off the North Sea.
