Its a low level channel where as itv can offer prime time itv 4, repeats after motd and Sunday mornings on itv which serves to a much more mainstream audience.

If itv go back to offering a local football show then that is much better coverage than and potential audience than quest could ever offer

Yes, I think Quest couldn't really get any leverage from the footy rights. I recorded/watched the Quest highlights but didn't watch any other Quest programmes/advertising and I suspect many other EFL football fans did the same.

Important that ITV have EFL specialists for their new show rather than merely people with Premiership connections.

Wasn't the point of having the EFL highlights on Quest rather than Eurosport (both owned by Discovery) that it was free to view which I don't think Eurosport is for everyone? Although Eurosport does use Quest as an overflow channel at times it would have fitted more on Eurosport.

Agree with hoping ITV keep using EFL specialists. Particularly the "Not the Top 20" guys.

If the coverage is by region or locally based then its not a lot of help for us exiles living in other parts of the country

In RaWZ we trust....Amen.
A shame it has left Quest from next season.I thought the balance of the highlights programme was just right especially with those guys who we not ex pro’s doing analysis.
Clinton Morrison, a nice upbeat fella for the screen but not for me doing analysis 😁

Thought the Quest coverage was very, very good, Colin Murray has great enthusiasm, passion and knowledge for lower League football, hopefully ITV will find a place for people like the excellent Ali Maxwell, and George Elek amongst their team.

I'd imagine they'd go like they did in the past, Maybe concentrate on the teams in a certain ITV region then show the goals from all divisions, If they didn't show all the teams i think the EFL would be thinking this is not what we want, They would want maximum coverage for the EFL as a whole, Not just a few games in each region.

I thought CM was too green orientated especially when Lowe was there.
