Think the main difference Al is that Trump's VP was even more dangerous than he was - contrast Pence to eminently able and inclusive VP Biden has in Kamala Harris.
And yet all through the "Election is Stolen" crap Pence stayed mainly silent and did inact the official Biden has won on Capitol Hill, Which was a VP's duty before the Qanon nutters stormed it shouting "Hang Mike Pence" Ms Harris just seems to laugh a lot.

I await evidence on how good a VP KH is.

If you had said 10 years ago that a future POTUS would be senile, and needed cue cards to remind him what to say, they would have locked you up,you don’t know whether to laugh or cry !

Yet despite his "lack of mental acuity" (or otherwise) he still somehow manages to run rings around our own dodgy, dishonest PM - who needs cue cards just to remind him how many offspring that he has procreated.Like you say, don't know whether to 😁 or 😭

Good point, well made!
(The Self-righteous Right wingers always seem to conveniently forget the old Whinestone Cowboy don't they?)

Ronald Reagan?
I don't think so.

Have a look at and listen to Ronald Reagan's "Tear down this wall" speech in Berlin in 1987, towards the end of his presidency. All 26 minutes of it, not just the short clips.

Interesting to note too, that in their presser yesterday, Boris Johnson was quite happy to take 3 questions from the reporters floor, but then when it came to Sleepy's turn, the reporters were shut down and gramps was promptly ushered out of the door.

3 more years of this damage limitation! Seriously?

But hey, at least it's not Trump.

What a shambles over there.

And also "Mutter" about "Flying Saucers Over Yatton Bowling Green"....although that might have been the fantastic Stackridge back in the 70's.
