Far away across the field
Copps just scored a worldy in the 102nd minute to grab a point.
Looks like we can kiss goodbye to a windfall from the sell on clause. 😢

Looks like we may have another academy product as an Championship player next season with Christie Pym starring in a Peterborough team lying second in league 1.

Who'd (genuinely) have thought it?!!!

I always rated Pym highly and was sorry he left.

Me too. In his last season for us he showed how good he was and still only young for a keeper.

You do wonder that if we had gone up after playing Blackpool at Wembley how many of those players would have stayed on for a bit? Pym? Wheeler? Moore Taylor, Watkins????? Might Jack Stacey have been available to us?

Hopefully we will go up this time and the likes of Key, Randall, Jay, Collins will stay? Even Jokull might be signed for another season. Different perspective but even Williams and Bowman might be persuaded to stay on.

Not being premature here but league 1 would give us less chance to blood youngsters so Matt's right to get as many academy players out there now and give them good contracts if they look like they may progress.

29 clean sheets in 74 appearances for Posh since he left. That's a pretty good record and his goals conceded per match stats have always been good, even with us, at a bit over or under one per match depending on the season.

I think if Christy played in Spain or Italy he would have played at a higher level by now. His height has always been held against him which wouldn't have been so much the case abroad with a different style of play.

But they lose (again). Goals in defeats must be very frustrating for strikers.

Hamon comes on for the Chipnickers after 97 minutes and lets a goal in on 99 mins.

To be fair it was a pen after their keeper had been sent off 🤣
